The portal is for owners and tenants of the community. Access is personal: the association creates it for you, you do not sign up on your own.
The first time
- The association sends you an invitation by email.
- Open it and press Set your password.
- Choose a password, type it again to confirm it and press Set password.
- Press Go to login and sign in with your email and that password.
After that
Use Owner Login at the top of this page, then type your email and your password.
The English and Español buttons at the bottom change the language of the sign-in page. Once inside, use the language button at the top of the portal.
You forgot your password
Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. You do not need a new invitation, and nobody at the association can see or set your password for you.
The invitation never arrived
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, contact the association and confirm which email address they have on file for you — the invitation goes to that one, and an old address is by far the most common reason for not receiving it.
